Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items showing signs of use

Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 14 days of delivery

  2. Share your order number and issue details

  3. Our team will review your request

  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via bank transfer

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), Woodesigno will cover the return shipping cost

  • For other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch from our showroom. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
