To be eligible for a return:

Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), Woodesigno will cover the return shipping cost

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch from our showroom. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
